New commercial restaurant build in Midvale, Utah: custom countertop fabrication and install for a high-traffic dining room at Puerto Vallarta Mexican Grill. During construction, the new interior had cabinet bases and pony walls waiting for tops. Finished, earth-tone stone countertops cap long counter runs and pony walls finished in warm wood-look paneling under the open, lit ceiling.
